The NSW Carer Surveys provide valuable insight into the experiences and views of carers across the out-of-home care (OOHC) system in New South Wales. Findings from these surveys help inform practice, programs and system improvements to better support carers and the children and young people in their care.
Carers for Kids NSW was previously known as My Forever Family NSW. Earlier reports refer to the program by its former name.

“Thank you to all the carers who participated in the survey, and for doing what you do. Your voice – and your work – is vital and valued. It’s so important that everyone, from caseworkers to policymakers, understands the carer experience so we can better support you to support others.”
